The Elements of Style
The classic writing manual, The Elements of Style, is laser-focused on helping writers achieve the greatest amount of clarity in their writing possible. Strunk and White illustrated how clear and economical language, was both lively and effective. It has been updated repeatedly and remains in print 100 years after its publication. Considering the immense influence this book had on generations of writers, it was no surprise that Time Magazine named it one of the best and most influential English language books published since 1923.
