She is strong but learns to be even stronger with the love and support of those around her. This book takes you not only into life inside a zoo but provides glimpses into circus life. It allows inside looks into parts of these worlds the general public does not get to witness. It is insightful and realistic with a touch of magic and suspension of disbelief. I was charmed through to the end.
