“But just to be on Jake’s radar or on anything or any part of his body would be amazing,” the woman next to me says with a sigh in her voice.

I glance at her over my shoulder. “Amen to that, sister.”

I lift my hand to her, and she high-fives me.

When I leave London, Liam will be someone I have to let go of, and it will hurt.

For Liam, I’ll just be that American girl he had two crazy weeks with. In time, I’ll just be a memory. A fond memory, I hope.
