This book, like the other one I just rated that it reminds me of, gets 4 stars as a rating within it's genre. If I were rating it compared to books in general, I'd give it 3 stars. 

I read this a few years ago when I was drawn in by the premise, and I definitely enjoyed the journey the characters took. I would say the writing is even better than the other YA scifi romance I just finished, even though I gave them both 4 stars. The story beats work better, with a more natural, even progression of character relationships and plot. However, this could be attributed to the fact that I listened to this on audiobook, slowing down my pacing. 

It's definitely an interesting premise with above average execution. I'd recommend for some easy reading for adults. For teens/tweens I might recommend it even more, as a higher quality example of YA fiction.

Except Nadia. For some reason, Nadia never forgets. Why? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Fans of Divergent and The Hunger Games will enjoy this action-packed read, with interesting characters and romance to keep readers hooked. I received a copy of this book from Amazon Vine in exchange for a honest review. Honestly, I highly recommend it.

i know i hate ya dystopian novels bc they all come down to the same plot buttttt 😁 its like a cringey comfort book, some times u need one and this was one of those times. i actually rlly loved this book even though i tend to steer away from this genre. i enjoyed it, read it all in one night. would recommend. (also i saw alot of things coming but i dont really mind the predictability aspect) :)

I've noticed people either really enjoyed this book or they really hated it, not really any middle ground that I have seen. Obviously, I am in that first category. I won't go into a full review right now, but I really liked this book a lot. I didn't find it boring at all, and didn't hate the romance either. But, that's totally just my personal opinion. This book actually got me out of a reading slump, and I found myself dying to have some free time so I could read more of it.
