Kourtney

It was very hard to get into these characters and care about them (or invoke any emotion at least). The storyline kept me intrigued because I wanted to see where everyone would end up but I have to say that ending was most disappointing. It left me with this "that was IT?!?!" feeling when I closed the book. I may stick with the Sophie Kinsella line of books.

Erin 

For some reason, I expected something different from this, since it was "Madeleine" writing instead of "Sophie". I don't know why I thought this. It has just the same aura and quaintness that "Sophie"'s books give, and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know why I expected anything less than charming.
