     Its amazing writing, GOD is it amazing. I finished it in one day and forgot to make a post about it. I was thoroughly interested in the characters, thier motivations and how things would end. I thought the siblings would just want money, plain & simple, so how things turned was a nice surprise! I'm glad they both got their happy endings and stood by each other. Giles is a loser and almost missed out onna bad bitch 😒 I dont think he deserves her but ig time will tell 

     I do feel icky about positions of power in romance. I'm not saying I think Hart is a bad person or an abuser, his attraction & interest is made obvious from the start and thats on both ends. I also understand that the book doesn't downplay what the situation is, which I appreciate. Its addressed multiple times and never left out of the dynamic but the only reason the original agreement could happen was because of the money and I cant help but for it to leave a sour taste in my mouth.  Regardless, I can definitely see why I was recommended this author and I will be tuning into another book by them!

I have to admit it took some time for the tension to be there but once it was there oh my oh my. The chemistry was really good and the narrator did a great great job bringing it into life. 

Nice and satisfying conclusion which I’m really happy because I didn’t get it in my previous KJ Charles story.
