I was looking for one final piece of Summer before autumn hit and I think I found it with this intense, gripping and thrilling read that has twists and turns throughout the entire book and every time I put this down my brain was thinking about what was going to come next and I just had this desire to pick it up and continuing reading

It’s the year that 4 best friends turn 40 they decide that they need to have a friend’s trip to France, and they all stay in luxurious villa together. Kate is on edge as her husband Sean has been acting differently and been rather distracted. When she checks his messages on his phone, she realizes that he must be having an affair with one of her three best friends. This weeklong vacation just goes downhill from there, as Kate frets about what to do, how to save her family, and how to find out which woman is cheating with her husband. There are so many secrets in this book; Kate has them too, but She has wronged, intentionally or knowingly, all three of her friends at one point or another and any of them would have a reason to hurt Kate if they decided to do so.

It's beginning to look like someone might be willing to kill to keep the affair a secret. Too many things are going wrong, too many people, including the husbands and children, are acting strange. So just what is going on?

I don’t want to say more here for risk of spoiling the twists and turns that come but safe to say that it will keep you on toes throughout the book and with lots of things that you won’t see coming.

Mukemmel bir kurgu ve beni hemen yakaladi. En son ne zaman okudugum bir kitaba bu kadar hizli adapte oldum, ne zaman bu kadar hikayenin icinde oldum, kendimi karakterlerle ozdeslestirdim bilmiyorum. Ama Logan’in tarzinin bana cok hitap ettigini bir kere daha anladim.

Kitabin Netflix platformunda dizisi de var; ancak kitabi okumus ve diziyi de izlemis biri olarak sunu soyleyecegim: ne olur kitabi okumadan diziyi izlemeyiniz.

Hikaye o kadar guzel basliyor ve o kadar guzel devam ediyor ki enfes resmen tadi damagimda kaldi. Ben kitap okurken bir sonraki sayfada ne yazacagini tahmin etmeyi seven biriyim ve ustelik de bu islerde cok koyu degilim yani ters koseye gelmem kolay olmuyor. Ama Logan her seferinde beni sasirtiyor! Akil alir gibi degil! Yaa cok belli simdi su olacak bu olacak dedigim her sey bir sonraki sayfada ya da bolumde imkansizlasti; tum tahminlerimin ici bos cikti; ters koseler tokat gibi carpti ve ben son sayfaya kadar kitabi agzim acik okudum. Son birkac bolume kadar sonucla ilgili hicbir sey yok. Olaylar, olaylar, olaylar. Tempo asla dusmuyor.
