Pretty good read. Just didn’t expect it would jump into those comments about Muslims. But nonetheless, it was good. I’m glad it didn’t focus on the romance part and just focused on the main idea.

So this was a book we had to read in school for independent group reading, and this was about the topic of refugees coming into countries seeking for help and what they have to go through and their perspective. And the reason I chose this book was it was hinted towards romance which is my genre of books that I read 99% of the time. This was a dare pov book with short chapters and very good writing done by the author. And I feel like this would be a good book to read to understand the things that immigrants or refugees go through to have a better life.
