that title really is self explanatory.
parts of this book were good but mostly it read like wattpad (not the good kind)
I just could not put this book down! The parallel story lines for both mother and daughter was so interesting to watch as it shows how relationships can carry the same wavelength but, with one decision or revelation, can end in entirely different ways. This book was so insightful and thought provoking and had me crying quite a lot if I am honest. I cannot put into words how much enjoyment I had reading this book and how addictive it was from the very beginning.
3.5* a thought provoking and heartfelt exploration of family, culture, religion, love and self discovery and all the ways in which they intersect.
