The One for Me
Reviews

The One For Me was such an adorable read and I had such a blast with this one here. It was delicious and super emotional and at this point of reading this author, my favorite that I have read from her so far. Even though I struggled with the heroine at times, I really just loved everything else about this story and it was just about perfect. In fact, certain actions from the heroine were the only element that detracted my enjoyment from the story as a whole.
But on a deeper level, when we looks at friends to lovers, this book was just everything. And it did have some elements of a slow burn but not to the extent of Mariana Zapata, it goes much quicker haha However, I really enjoyed the way that their friendship was centered around. We also see how much they both want to be together. And the way that the hero is always continuing to fight for the relationship and the heroine. I don't want to reveal too much of what happens as it could spoil the story, I do wish that the heroine ended up being so valiant in fighting for the relationship as the hero was.
Overall I found that I loved this one in so many ways and enjoyed seeing this brother find his HEA, as its well deserved. I liked that unlike the previous two books, the hero is so good with the heroine. I also love a great baseball hero and man he was perfect! This book just had me in my feels all the way through and yeah you might need tissues for this one. A true win of a read!

5 BRIGHT LOVING WONDERFUL STARS! ⭐️❤️ Hi BookLovers, “Why are you smiling?” I ask. “Because it’s you and we’re really doing this.” “Yeah, we are. If you’re going to back out or regret this, I’m begging you to do it now. Before I’ve seen you, touched you, and tasted you.” My chest rises and falls a little harder. “What if it’s you who regrets it?” “Not a fucking chance of that.” 🌺🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼🌺🌸🌼🌺🌼 I can’t even imagine how happy I am when this third series is finally out! I’ve been waiting for this like crazy. I’m just so in love with the Arrowood Brother’s so much that I can’t even explain. And Thanks to the Author for this incredible Series! Amazing writing. Strong characters for Hero and a very powerful female character that I admire so much. The woman in this series is not afraid to voice out their feelings and stand on their feet’s. I just love about that. I’m not going to spoiled this book like I did with the first two but this Best Friends to Lover is really fun to read and it’s worth it. I can’t wait for Jacod Arrowood love story soon. I highly highly recommended this! :)

When I read the Willow Creek Valley series, a lot of characters from the Arrowood Brothers series were mentioned, and this couple and their story piqued my interest. Sean and Devney were best friends growing up, and though they’ve remained friends over the years, they no longer live in the same town and haven’t seen each other much in recent years. When a family matter brings Sean home for six months, they spend more time together and quickly realize that the dynamic between them is no longer platonic. This book involves two people who have been burned in the past by people they loved, making them hesitant to consider any kind of happy future. There are also long buried secrets that are forced to the surface after tragedy strikes. Mostly it’s two people who love each other so much, and want to find a way to make it work despite all the obstacles thrown their way. Sean was such a good guy, at every turn he continued to surprise me. I think I kept waiting for him to bail or screw up (bc hello, men), but he stayed steadfast in his love for Devney while she figured things out. Very sweet with some heartbreaking moments.

Corinne was right, Sean was totally amazing, with Declan they’re my favorite. The story is perfect, I love friends-to-lovers and Corinne’s writing always amaze me. I wanted to read about Sean and Devney since I knew they were best friends and everyone knew they loved each other. I also enjoyed reading about the 3 other arrowood brothers and their families and I can’t wait to finish this series with Jacob’s story. I loved how they teased him and I’m sure I’ll love him too. Sean was perfect and I loved how sweet he was with Hadley and Austin. He is a famous baseball player but still he was amazing with everyone and he never thought he was better than the rest, and I also loved how he was with Devney. He was always there for her and spoiled her with everything she deserved. The ending was so cute and I really enjoyed how it all ended up.
