The idea of this book is good - use everything science knows about how your brain works to help you better organize your home, work, life, etc. In what I read, the book is way too heavy on the brain research and way too light on the useful applications thereof. The last straw was the suggestion in the 'organizing your home' section to put Christmas cookie cutters in with Christmas stuff instead of with general baking stuff in the kitchen. I hope there are better applications of brain science than that. 

A much better and useful book on brain science is Brain Rules by John Medina.
