I definitely related to Allie, and Conner was so sweet. This was super cute.

This was such a fun plot twist on a classic best friends story. Love Stephanie Street’s writing.

The Perks of Waiting for You

2.5 stars, but J.J rounded it up to a 3 for me. My least favorite in this series. I felt like it wasn’t very smooth. I liked that the end was after college, most books stop way earlier. I didn’t like the conflicts. But I’ve loved J.J since book 1. So I was happy to read his story. I don’t understand the couple of swear words in this one? To my recollection there’s weren’t any in the first three, and these were even new characters. Hearing Conner swear in this one felt weird when he didn’t in his own book. (it wasn’t anything too bad, but still...) I feel like this one wasn’t edited as well as the others from the older version.
