very unsatisfying ending… the writing was good enough but somehow managed to drag for such a short book. much preferred perfume, which also had parts that dragged along, but the ending of perfume was good enough to make up for it, this book not so much

اگر قبلا بهم می‌گفتن یه روز یه کتاب باریک 1350 تومنی (که از سال 84 توی چاپ اول مونده) و ماجرای یک روز معمولیِ یه نگهبان ميانسال بانک رو روایت می‌کنه، به حدی برات جذابه که نمی‌تونی زمینش بذاری و تا این اندازه به فکر می‌بَردت، اصلا باورم نمی‌شد. ولی همه این اتفاقا افتاد!
برام جالب بود که "پرفیوم:داستان یک قاتل" رو همین نویسنده نوشته. اولش فکر می‌کردم "کبوتر" ادامهٔ همونه، اما اصلا ناامید نشدم که نیست!
