They Didn't Save SAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why didn't they save Sam???

Theory: Okay, so while I was reading this series, my brothers kept on making fun, saying the author, Pittacus Lore, Obviosly did not know how to count as it went something like :Four, Six, Seven, Ten, EIght and what the heck happend to 1-3?
My answer to the last bit was they died.
But it got me to thinking, we actually haven't come across, made contact with, heard about or from, Number Five.
What if *gasp* he's working with the Mogadorians?
Hey, the American Government is doing it. and, you know how the saying goes: "Don't knock it til you've tried it!"

Also, I said I would talk about how the Stargate refernce was completely unapplicable, so I'll get to that: 
THe reference that was used in the book was when Six went from India to New Mexico, and Eight, Marina and Ella went from India to Somalia, Nine said "Maybe they found or used a Stargate."
That was the reference.
I will now explain why it is completely out of the realm of possibility.
There was an episode of Stargate SG-1 Wherein the team was gating back from some planet and the Goa'uld blew up the gate they were gating form behind them, disrupting the wormhole.
Daniel and Til'c got through to the SGC, but the wromhole sputtered and died before O'Niell and Carter came through. 
Daniel was really smart and figured the Wormhole would've have jumped and connected them to the nearest Stargate.
The nearest Stargate happened to be on Earth, in Antarctica.
Meanwhile, O'Niell and Carter are stranded, buried under ice, with a Stargate and Broken DHD. Carter is really awesome and fixes the DHD and they try to dial home (to earth) repeatedly, but it doesn't work. BECAUSE THEY ALREADY ON EARTH.
There's some sort of technical explanation as to why a wormhole could not connect between the two Stargates because they were on the same planet, but I don't quite remember all the technical and scientific explanation, so just accept this:
It wouldn't work.

I'm sorry, I just totally went Stargate Nerd on you.

Fast-paced and thrilling. I really love the personalities of both Eight and Nine. And the pairings are very compatible. I cant wait to meet Five!

This book is a nice book to read as the author has a very breezy writing style. Throughout this series the characters contiune to develop, this becomes very prominite in this book. There are more characters being introduced in every book but it just makes the story more interesting. I recommend this book for readers above the age of 12 as there are some difficult scenes.

Gahhhh! I want the next one! I usually don't write rant-y reviews begging for the next installment of a serious, but this is kind of an exception. New fave character: Eight!!

Of all the Lorien Legacies books, I found The Rise of Nine, amazing (Of course all of it was amazing.) It's just that I like Nine's character in some ways. It's interesting because he has that leadership in him and he's good at strategizing. 

I just wish this could be in a movie or a TV series. I will watched it definitely. :)

To top it all, this book was great.

           Damn this book was a surprise! I thought Nine was a dick but he is quickly turning into my favourite character. This book had everything, action, romance, aliens and a corrupt governement. It was a bit slower than the two other books though.

I'm sorry that this book was sidelined for quite some time. I had exams for the last two weeks and had nooo time to read whatsoever. 
I really liked this book, with how the story escalates at the end and the tension, was real and to the multiple P.O.V's this book offered. It took me a while to figure out who was who at the start of the book and during the chapters. I was so confused at one point because I could not tell who's p.o.v I was reading from. I think have the characters number or name at the start of the chapter would have really helped. 
Overall, it was a good book in the series and I can't wait to continue and I really want to read more about NINE. He is my favourite in this book, because of his sassy comments and charm. Ugh. I just want more NINE.
