I thought there was a lot of good information in here. It's not as preachy as books of this ilk can tend to be, it's far more conversational and also practical with rubrics and helps you to really think more practically about how we pick people and how to break bad habits. A book I can see revisiting and recommending to others, because even without having to read it all, you can cherry pick parts and still find it useful.
