Everything I want in a historical fiction! Drama, intrigue, mystery, romance, setting... on point. Loved both our female leads who were individual in their own spicy ways. Lots of the men left something to be desired, but of course historical men need to be taken with a grain of salt. Can't wait to read more by the author!
