I have such respect for Mister Rogers, but this book was a bit of a disappointment and I didn't glean much more insight into the man than Maxwell King's biography already gave me. While I was hoping for a religious history and insight into Rogers' theology, this book is more so an introduction to his spirituality through the lens of a journalist friend. Occasionally borders on hagiography. It would be a good introductory book, but if you know something already about Rogers you won't find much new.
