Took me a while to get the rhythm of this book, but I enjoyed the long stay at the El Bulli kitchen as the stagiaires got to tell their tales of hard work, drudgery and letting go of ego. Strangely enough, I didn't get hungry or feel the need to eat at the world's most best restaurant after this read, but man, I sure felt lazy afterwards. 3.5 stars!
