An astounding story about a mom who constantly fought for her autistic child. I doubt the author was exaggerating most of the time, but with a story like hers, I don't blame her. The minute the therapists said that her son wouldn't be able to read, instead of giving up and losing hope, she did the exact opposite; she focused on his strengths and made him the person he currently is, a prodigy.
