The Summer I Turned Pretty Trilogy

Jenny Han — 2015
Belly has always lived for the summertime, because summer means all her favorite things: swimming, the beach, and the Fischer boys, Conrad and Jeremiah. For as long as she can remember, she's shared her summers with the brothers at Cousins Beach. And for as long as she can remember, she's been in love with Conrad. Then one summer it seems like he might have feelings for her too -- but so does Jeremiah. As the summer seasons pass, Belly has to choose between two brothers who love her ... and she'll have to break one of their hearts.

If you like Wattpad style of writing, this series is for you. Not to yuck anyone's yum, this was just not for me. Much prefer Jenny Han's & Siobhan Vivian's The Burn for Burn trilogy.

Belly & Jeremiah...their overall character, it's giving "the whole world revolves around me". Granted they are teenagers, both of them just seem so childish when in comparison with Conrad.

I was so disappointed with this story. I loved the Lara Jean books and thought these would be amazing as well but... the characters were just annoying and childish. The writing style made me wanna rip my hair out it was so frustrating. I really tried to love it but it was impossible.

This book was a good book, it was a light read, most of the time at least, however I think that the book could have been more descriptive for the characters, settings and events.

This was such a fun series! Though there have been times when I wanted to strangle the characters in the book, I still loved it. The first book was the best, though.
