I knew before I stared that "The Tsarina's Daughter" was not historically accurate but I wanted to read it since I love Romanov history and Tatiana is my favourite of the four Grand Duchesses. However, the story was hard to get into since I knew many events and plots were not real, characters were not as they were portrayed in the book, etc. I did not like how Tatiana's character behaved and acted.
