Such a beautiful story. I thought it had started off slow, but I came to appreciate the descriptions and character molding. Reading this story was like having a cup of hot tea or glass of wine with an old friend. It was comforting in an interesting way. Perhaps it was the Italian food that I now long for from Italy, or the redemptive story of love, or the artwork and talk of art history. Whatever I wanted from a book in this season of my life- this book delivered ❤️

This is one of the best books I’ve read! It’s so captivating and the creativity the authors uses to tell this story is genius. It took me straight to Italy and now i want to travel there more than ever! I highly recommend this book if you need an escape or if you like murder mystery, romance fiction!
