Like any self-help book, you’ll get out of it only what you want to.

I love the idea of maintaining a positive energy in your life and choosing to return to love when negativity or obstacles step in. While this book had a few “woo-woo” parts, overall I thought the message was simple and clear: when you fall out of alignment with love, choose again.

She makes a great point about approaching and seeing the world with love, but the point was drilled over and over and over time I lost interest in hearing about her experiences. A good message overall but very redundant

           this book was essentially one singular point regurgitated time and time again across the span of two hundred pages. the point being ‘the universe has you back and you should see the world through love’…yeah thats it. the vast majority of this book was the authors own personal experiences albeit embellished experiences and the rest a massive advertisement for her other book, gabby if i wanted to read it i would have i don’t need a quote for that book every other page. the author often speaks on situations she feels has changed her and progressed her spiritual experience however even as someone who is wholeheartedly spiritual and believes in all things magical, i can tell when im being sold a narrative. i could rant about that but i feel you just have to read the book to understand where i am coming from. to conclude if you insist on reading this…skim it.

The book has a good message but three chapters in and you can see a writing pattern that I did not like at all. The structure of each chapter was so repetitive, the message does not change and there were so many examples that we’re a little bit to much coincidence for me. Overall the message is awesome - chose love and the universe has your back - but the the writing type was not for me.

If I had just started my Spiritual journey this may have even been 5 stars! It felt a little repetitive for me, however, the last 3 chapters saved it. Those were so captivating and thought provoking. I would highly recommend this if you are starting out on your spiritual l/ self development journey.
