Short and to-the-point introductory read for UX design. I wanted to review this book as a possible recommendation for design students and was not disappointed. If you’re at all experienced in UX design you’ll find the book to be a light read of familiar or even habitual information and processes. But if you’re inexperienced in the world of product design, this can be a great introduction.

A collection of simple and quick UX strategies for UX designers in organizations with little focus on user experience design. Much of it self-explanatory from my perspective and many UX strategies have a much more "quick-and-dirty" approach than what can be found in other books (which is not necessarily  bad). Had to force myself to finish this, might be written for someone else.

A practical book that I wish I would have read a long time ago, before organizational leadership books. A great “guardrails” book and a playbook to be enacted. It not only advises where to start, it also goes into detail about the tools and exercises that are most helpful as a UX practitioner. Even though I am ahead on many of the suggestions in this book (I painstakingly figured these out on my own at a slow and steady pace) I  did walk away better equipped with some new ideas, more confident with my team’s work, and more excited about the future of our department.

Recommended for anyone interested in UX. This makes for a great reference guide, as it’s filled with excel uses designed for small teams.
