Even though I'll miss reading about Elena, Damon, Stefan and the rest of the gang, I think that it was a great ending to the books that started off my reading obsession after Harry Potter ended. Maybe in a couple of years I'll pick them back up again. 


Update: 13/05/13 - Turns out it's not the last book. There's a whole new trilogy coming out.

A very disappointing ending to the series. 2/5⭐

I read this in Greek translation and it was so bad that it weighted down an already flat plot and a very cheesy love story. I closed the last page and felt nothing; the feeling I usually get when a book is over, the need to read more of the story, the anticipation, the satisfaction, nothing was there. 

Truly disappointed.
