The author - a tax lawyer - cracks open the American tax system to reveal yet another institution that still assists in perpetuating systematic racism. I was very impressed by the work and the research that went into this book. I think she presents the information in a way that is accessible to the layman and really highlights the issue in a way that clearly gets the point across without being overly technical.
