This is a classic, must-read for any creative business/agency, and for very good reason. It belongs on your office bookshelf.

"The Win Without Pitching Manifesto" is undoubtedly a really good book in terms of content (more on that later), but the writing style of Canadian author Blair Enns is really exhausting and made me start and put the book down several times. I read a lot in English and usually have no problem at all with non-fiction. But this one is written in such a highbrow, abstract and sometimes pretentious way that I wished for a "Simple English" translation in between. So if you are looking for a relaxed reading experience: Please buy the Kindle version of the book to give the author the well-deserved royalties, and then find another way to consume the content. 

I would recommend the book (or to be more specific, the content) to everyone who offers services that involve strategy development and brainpower. The book contains really good arguments that will make you see some business decisions in a different light or give you the necessary kick in the butt to make unpleasant decisions - for example, not to extend the cooperation with a Customer From Hell™ or to cancel an interesting but underpaid order.
