This was a short glimpse into the Zarathustra experiments and the childhood of the 5 kids. Seeing their different personalities was really interesting and I wish we had a full book from their perspectives. The 11-year-old versions of Jun Bei, Cole, Zianna, Anna, and Leoben are so precious!! And now, I'm even more excited for This Cruel Design and I'm so happy I don't have to wait a full year to read it.
