Not quite the “self help” book I was expecting. Lots of made up words and sentences that start pretense and switch to past tense in the middle. It’s real choppy and while it’s supposed to be a pep talk for others you will often see that he’s just giving himself a pep talk to finish the book. It might have been better through the audible version but I read it.

This book felt like Kevin Hart sat down at his desk, hoisted himself to reach his laptop so that he could search “motivational things to say to people” and then copy pasted them into this book. I am sure it would be funny to hear him read these things in an audiobook for entertainment, but the words don’t hold up to any sort of knowledge. Often he says on thing in a chapter and then goes on to say the exact opposite in the next chapter. I would not recommend this book!
