           Man kinda disappointed about this one.

The writing was so all over the place and so not cohesive. Some character decisions just didnt make sense and were made only to further the wonky plot along. Liked the atmosphere though.

And sometimes writers should really just kill off their main characters, especially if said characters are annoying af and creepy perverts as well.

I've been putting off listening to this book for ages, and I don't even know why. I think the beginning put me off a little, so I put it down and didn't want to pick it up again. But I did, finally.

And I liked it pretty well. If I'd known what kind of story it was (view spoiler)[ it's a werewolf story (hide spoiler)], I'd have read it sooner, I think. 

A small town in Georgia, an adjacent bit of land with A Dark Secret, and what falls out of that. I found it pretty entertaining. The ending was unexpected to me. (view spoiler)[I didn't realize that werewolves and vampires shared the unaging thing, and the recovery from wounds thing. (hide spoiler)] But I think that was okay too.

Solid 3 1/2 stars.
