Once Joselyn learns of Spencer’s past, I loved how she handled his baggage. She was never afraid of his darkness because she knows that deep down he is protective, caring, and capable of love and she is determined to push through his walls to unleash that side of him. However, Joselyn knew her worth and had a backbone to back away which made me love her even more. 

Joselyn and Spencer’s story was trouble from the start to the finish but ultimately was a rich tale full of emotion. There are moments of laughter, heartbreak, jealousy, love, and even steamy times that will have you racing to the end.

man I ate this book up. the tiktok recs are improving, it was so cute, how spenc pulled all the shit up on ozzy and saved the day. Like a true hero, I really with Courtney had her own book though, I would love to see her side of everything

This book was perfect for what I needed. I needed a fast and easy read, nothing too complicated, nothing too boring either. You can read this in a couple of hours, 5-6 to be exact. 

It has the “i don't sleep with anyone twice” trope, which I always loved haha. I feel like Tia wanted to make Spencer a grumpy one, but he didn't let her. He is a good man, with a big heart who was so scared to love or to let other people in. 

Joselyn is the happy one who isn't actually happy. I mean she is, but there's so much more about her. She's a strong woman who loves with all of her heart and maybe too fast. She can't help it. Her relationship with her mother is funny and weird sometimes haha.

This is an easy read and a book that will keep you happy!! And if you are looking for a book like this, I totally recommend you this one!

Loved this book!! I wanted to read Sly and Spencer’s story since the previous book and I really loved them. Spencer is the typical grumpy billionaire that doesn’t want a relationship but all of that changed when he spent some time with Jocelyn. He tried to stay away but they had a lot of chemistry and despite both fighting their feelings they couldn’t stay away from the other. 

Jocelyn had just ended a toxic relationship so she had swear off men until she sees Spencer at her cousin’s wedding. They shared a night together and the next day Jocelyn was gone. After that they have a lot of interactions but Jocelyn knew Spencer never slept with the same woman twice so their banter goes back and forth. 

I loved how Spencer was with Oliver and how much he worried for Jocelyn and her friend. Despite seeming like a tough guy he always wanted to protect Jocelyn and everyone close to her. Their steamy scenes were really hot too, Spencer knew how to treat her and thanks to their attraction they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.

The story got me hooked from the beginning, I loved reading about Spencer and Jocelyn and how they finally got their HEA. I also loved reading about Daisy and all of Jocelyn’s family and friends.
