The Philosopher's Flight A Novel

I loved every second of this book. I loved that it flipped gender on its head and gave me a 3 dimensional male character trying to make it in a female run profession. I loved that the women around him were people more than just objects of affection. I loved that the book shows so many examples of real friendship both between its women and with with Robert. I loved that the romantic relationship was born out of respect and was about so much more than a physical relationship. There are so many great reasons to love this book. Once every couple years I will read a book that is more than a fun read. A book with an amazing story that seems to tell me something about myself. A book that sings to my soul. This is one of those books.
