This one was written in the slowest pace possible mixed with the purest loathe and hatred that I couldn't even get past 60% of the book. It was as if Toni was trying to steer the reader to which way to feel good and where to feel bad, who to love and who to despise, who's guilty and who's not so much.. etc. 
"Don't Tell Mummy" was much much better in every way. Also, I was really frustrated with the way Toni poured all of her hatred upon her father but would mention her mother more gently. Obviously, her mother is equally, if not more, guilty as her father. And that point alone strips Toni off of her "victim" persona that she loves to wear so much, even after she reached the point where she can freely pull away from her parents' black hole. I think that alone says that she was sick, with more than just severe depression.
