A fairly decent book. Well written. the writing wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad. Most of the characters were cool. Every character seems to have a place, you know, there aren't any extra characters without roles.

What made me give this book four stars (instead of three for being amazingly average) was the REASON behind the plot. The main character solving this murder mystery when no one else really seems to care. The MC was not even friends with the girl who died, but she set out to solve this mystery because she didn't believe that someone's life should be able to end that easily, with that little protest from the people around her. THAT'S what really made me like this book.

*I wouldn't say Jennifer Estep is a New FAVORITE Author, but I'll definitely read the other books in this series*

Well this book is about a girl named Gwendolyn that has a gift called psychometry. That gift lets her see images in relationship to any object/person she touches. Gwen goes to a school where people with their own unique "gifts" according to mythology attends, called Mythos academy. 
 In the beginning of the book, she sees a girl dead in the library while she is working at and tries to find the murderer couple of days after when she sees that nobody is affected by the girl's "death". That is where everything happens and she nearly gets killed and so on. Not only did she got almost killed by trying to find the murderer and finding out that the very same girl she saw in the floor with the blood all over, was seeking revenge; now she has the whole (evil) family after her for "killing" THE GIRL! That is all what happened in this book to make the long story short!
This book is interesting so I think I'll read the sequel(:

This book was amazing! As soon as I started reading it, I was sucked into the story! It had a GREAT plot and had a little bit of each genre. Even though it's a fantasy novel it was very easy for me to relate to the main character. She's kinda like me just with magical powers. Overall I loved it the whole story was interesting. If you haven't read it go read it now.

al inicio del libro estaba algo cansada de los monologos de Gwen, sin embargo puedo decir que al final termino gustandome mas de lo que pensada. 
Es una buena historia, algo repetitiva, pero no hay que dejar atras lo innovadora que es en algunos sentidos. 
En cuanto a los personajes amo demasiado a Gwen y a Vic.
Igualmente me encanta que no se centren en un dios como Apolo o Zeus o Poseidon, como se ve comunmente en varios libros, sino que se centran en Nike y Loki y creo que eso lo hace aun mas bueno.
Le doy 5 estrellas porque lo disfrute y me parece que es un buen libro. 
Leyendo los reviews que han dejado otras personas, me gusta dar un visto diferente, porque en realidad es un buen libro. Aunque eso ya depende de los gustos de cada uno.

Ahora bien, espero que se animen, lo lean, y encuentre a alguien que comparta mi amor por Gwen Frost y Logan Quinn.

Written by Jennifer Estep, Touch of Frost (affiliate link) follows Gypsy Gwen Frost as she navigates this mythical school she has been dropped into. It’s a bit hard, despite that she sees things, to believe that she is going to school with people from myth. Plus, a girl was just murdered, no one cares, and there is a hot annoying guy involved.

The main characters, because really there aren’t any side characters that don’t play into the story somehow, are well developed and interesting, even if this is a series that is definitely aimed at the Young Adult crowd and written in a way that teenagers think.

Gwen is the standard love-able loner, which is a very good thing. With a sad past and an understandable avoidance of touching others, I liked her character. Logan was just… the standard bad boy. As soon as you meet him, you know one day, somehow, they will get together.

If you like urban fantasy, or if you just like a bit of an adventure with one main character, this is a good series to check out.
