Trust Again

TRUST AGAIN “𝙸𝚌𝚑 𝚠𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚎𝚒𝚗 𝚜𝚒𝚎𝚋𝚎𝚗𝚞𝚗𝚍𝚣𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚣𝚒𝚐𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚜 𝙺𝚊𝚙𝚒𝚝𝚎𝚕, 𝙳𝚊𝚠𝚗.” [~ “𝙸 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚝 𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝟸𝟽, 𝙳𝚊𝚠𝚗”] Trust Again, the second book in the “Again” series by German author Mona Kasten, is about Dawn and Spencer, two people literally made for each other, but do they know that too? And if they do, would they even give in to those feelings? This series has easily become a favorite of mine since I first touched the first book and the second one has proven that decision to be right. Kastens writing always touches me in a way I can never really describe. Her books suck you right into their world, leaving you no other choice but to devour them in one go. I needed about two days to finish this book, because I simply couldn’t put it down. I would recommend this book (or series even) to everyone who likes epic NA series (preferably if you speak german, since I don’t know if this book is translated into english (yet)). Yes, this is a friends-to-lovers book, but it teaches you more than that. I love how the characters develop in this book, about how the relationships of the already introduced characters shift and literally anything else. I just simply enjoyed this whole book. That’s all that needs to be said. Although I still felt like that lil cherry on top was missing, so it gets 4,5/5 stars from me.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsbuch Ich habe diese Story so geliebt und mitgefiebert. Ich mochte Dawn mega gern und Spancer ist einfach nur hinreißend. Genau so ein Wohl-fühl-buch wie Band 1.

Dawn und Spencer sind einfach unglaublich süß miteinander.... sie kommen zwar nicht an Alli und Kaden ran, aber sie sind süß. Die Geschichte hat sich schon wie bei band 1 gut und einfach lesen lassen. War sogar vom Aufbau des spannungsbogen gleich. Emotional gesehen, hat es mich zwar nicht so berührt wie bei band 1, aber dennoch eine gute Geschichte.

I’ve been (im)patiently waiting for this to be translated into English since I finished Begin Again, and god was this book worth the wait!! I really wasn’t sure how good this was going to be as I didn’t have much of a connection with Spencer & Dawn in the first book, but I immediately found myself falling in love with their characters and rooting for them. Everyone in this series seems to have such a troubled past, and ngl I am LIVING for it. Fully convinced that Mona Kasten can’t write a bad book and I DESPERATELY NEED the rest of the series translated!!!
