I often find it difficult to review Christian non-fiction. I am not as qualified to form an objective review on the merits of this particular genre. That being said, the narrative flowed freely and did not pull any punches with regards to suffering. Tchividjian grounds the entire book firmly in Scripture. He doesn't answer the why question that so many suffering people ask but that is a positive in my mind. There isn't one right answer but there is God and that's Who Tchividjian points to.
