Love love loved this book I have been in a really bad reading slump for over a year. But I finished this book faster than any book I’ve ever read. Lots of smut in this book which I wasn’t expecting but there love is truly pure and so beautiful I’m so exited to read the rest of the series.

overall,  I liked Ava more than Alex, like I'm not fully sold by him regarding the romance. 

As individual characters, both were interesting, and I particularly love the whole arc of Ava's rebuilding herself after all.

Es un “nnah”, es básico, mucho spicy innecesario y personajes cliches. Es un libro para pasar el rato. Literal sentí que estaba leyendo un fanfic de Batman.

it was kind of a wattpad type of book but better… it earned lots of giggles and screams from me— not internal screams btw I literally SCREAMED at many parts. I genuinely enjoyed it, and this was also the first book I finished ever since I graduated from uni hahaha confident to say, I think this is my reading era come back! 

I listened to this as an audiobook for my recent trip- first time trying audiobook and I didn’t really like it. Nonetheless I finished the audiobook and the story was alright but probably would have had more of an impact on me if I had read it instead of listened.

If you can bypass toxic couples and toxic men then you might be able to enjoy this book. Alex was incredibly toxic and just gave me the ick consonantly. Ava was an enjoyable character and I admired that she was able to fight back and that Alex didn't fight all of her battles for her. 

Overall this book is full of toxicity within relationships and families. The family story lines were interesting and is what mainly kept me reading.

If you can bypass toxic couples and toxic men then you might be able to enjoy this book. Alex was incredibly toxic and just gave me the ick consonantly. Ava was an enjoyable character and I admired that she was able to fight back and that Alex didn't fight all of her battles for her. 

Overall this book is full of toxicity within relationships and families. The family story lines were interesting and is what mainly kept me reading.

Silly and fanfic-esque, but some reveals did shock me and I listened to the whole thing soooo. Maybe I’m the problem.

Great romance for me to fill in this really odd book slump in. A lot of spicy scenes in this… just skip them if you’re not a spicy girly like me because the romance in this book is definatly worth skipping like four chapters worth of smut… Bit questionable but okay.
