I think this was Thor’s best book so far. It branches from Libya to Burning Man. It involves refugees and the Italian Mafia. And it brings Scot Harvath out of his comfort zone — the Lone Wolf has to command a team, which cancels out a lot of his individual instincts when dealing with his team. Well done.
