Stone is the first Victoria Ashley book I've read and it was definitely a hot read. Stone and Sage have a friends with benefits deal and as roommate is gets a little complicated. Sage is a women who has been hurt in the past and those feeling stop her from making a real connection with Stone for fear of being hurt. Her hesitation towards Stone made me a little mad at times. She clearly wanted him, and come on who wouldn't want a man like that, he's a dirty talking, moves that can make any woman fan herself, alpha. I see her issues and fear and understood where she was coming from it was just frustrating at times to see her struggle with her want of Stone. I did love how she didn't take s*** from anyone. Stone is hot, funny, protective, alpha, with moves that make him very successful as a striper at the Walk of Shame club. His determination to prove he and Sage are good together just make you fall in love with him. He's didn't have a great childhood either but he's not as insecure as Sage. If you like hot alpha males with moves to set off fireworks, pick up Stone today you will not be disappointed. **I received a copy for my honest review**
