I still find the idea of four parallel Londons very exciting, but the book has some flaws in the plot, which I only really became aware of at the end when all was dissolved. I have mixed feelings about the main characters. While I like Kell, I never really got warm with Lila (keyword "I'm not like other girls"). The writing style is nothing special and some descriptions are repeated too often in my opinion.
