Okay, so I had NO CLUE what I was walking into when I picked this series up. The only thing I knew was that this book was about Jace Cross and Bethany Fawn. This book picks up right where the Merciless series ends which I loved. Though if you were reading this book first, it would still make sense. Bethany is on a mission to find out what happened to her sister and when things lead to Jace and his club things, just go downhill from there. I adored the relationship between Jace and Bethany. It is VERY sexy, steamy and intense. I love the back and forth between the two of them, as well as with themselves. To say how surprised I am by how much I LOVE this book would be impossible. Sometimes I feel like I am repeating myself when I say this but Willow Winters knows how to write characters that I fall in love with and she does it so effortlessly. How? Just HOW does she do that? I’ve noticed with Willow Winter’s books, I either have an idea of what’s going to happen or I have absolutely no clue where it’s going to go. This is one of the books where I have absolutely no clue where it could go. I kept thinking about all the different possibilities but nothing really seems to stick out to me and I haven’t really seen any solid clues of where we are heading. But that ending though. I know we are heading into something messy.

Unfortunately I read this a few months back and can't remember the full details of it to give it a great thorough review. 

Upon reading some reviews and the summary, I can sort of remember the plot and it was a good read. I remember it had spicy scenes, and a sense of mystery...? I do remember enjoying following the Cross Brothers storylines. 

Would say give this series a chance.

 Ahh this book!! It was so so so good. I’ve been in love with willows winters words for a while now and I was not disappointed with this one! It leaves us with a damn good cliffhanger that just begs us to mourn over. I personally fell in love with these characters. Jace. What can you say about him. He’s dark, he’s sweet, he’s so hot. I can not wait to read the next book, a single kiss.

Wow. Willow has not only snagged my attention again with her Merciless/Cross Brother world but she has solidified me as a life long fan. Jase and Bethany will grab a hold of you and NOT let go. She takes you to a whole new place where you can envision every single word she writes, from the sight of the Cross house in the woods to the pure angst behind both main characters strong facade. I immediately started reading the next book in this series, A Single Kiss as soon as I finished and I can’t wait to devour them all.
