I had to return this one to the library before I could finish it, so I got half-way through. I'm torn between giving it 3 or 4 stars. On one hand, I appreciate the beauty of this very long poem and kind of want to finish it. On the other hand, however, I suspect it will just be another 200 pages of repetitive verses singing the joys and wonders of the world. Which I appreciate, and yet... I got the point 100 pages ago. So I don't know. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Did it need to be this long? Probably not.
