There were about 70 pages in the middle of the book that really grabbed me, and I thought this would exceed my expectations, but then it sloped downhill. The characters seemed to act at random, there was too much business thought at parts, as if that was all that mattered and that the chracters had given in to materialism. I faded in an out at most points at the end, but the last few paragraph's really helped the book redeem itself.
