If you know mw at all, you know I normally read books very quickly. Yet for some reason, this book is taking me forever to read. Yes, it's emotional sometimes, and well written. I like that it's from a guy's POV. But for some reason, it's difficult to get through. I feel as though the author is trying just a little too hard to make the book delve into deep issues and add in tear-jerking moments. It all feels a little forced. Will finish, but I don't know when.

And predictable. I haven't finished it yet (obviously), but I can already tell (view spoiler)[ that the sheets Jake keeps finding ripped out of the book are all Sam writing "I love you", but she's too afraid to let him see. (hide spoiler)] Not 100000% sure, but pretty close to that.
