A quick fluffer. A light and sexy read that can be read in less than 2 hours. 

Christina and Dane lit up the pages with their if it’s wrong then I don’t want to be right story. There is an age difference but everyone is of age. 

This story kept a good pace from page 1 to the HEA. Still not a fan of novellas since part of the fun is the build up. Also, there were things mentioned but with no resolution. Could have used a little more descriptions all around as well. 

If you are a fan of Whitney G’s leave’m hot novellas then this book is for you.

Fun, steamy, and forbidden—Dad's best friend

This novella was just downright cute and humorous: An online friendship turned smut writing assistant—strictly virtual until boundaries are discarded to find the man she has been corresponding with is her Dad's best friend... and she's attracted to him?

No lies... I devoured this novella. I was laughing my ass off at the fmc and mmc's correspondances and their dynamic the entire read. This however is definitely written very wattpad-y but like in a good way? Of course, every sort of taboo or forbidden kind of romance has to have some sort of drama but everything came together so perfectly at the end.

Things move pretty quickly in this book so it did lack at certain points that ultimately I wish was elaborated or explored more. Overall this was a quick and easy read I enjoyed but could also be a little cringe haha.

This story follows Bella & Ryan, Bella is a struggling author and Ryan is a millionaire. They met on a pen pal/friendship type of app and Ryan thought she was a fraud bc of how many books she’s stated she published in her bio. He msgs her and things escalated from there.

Although this is a novella it was a bit of a slow burn and I really enjoyed that about this. They were pen pals for almost a year and they had initially agreed to stay that way and never meet in person… Until Bella was having writers block and needed inspiration for her next smut scenes. He decides to fly her out… she gets there and boom it’s her dads bestfriend.

I really loved this novella, it was so interesting, cute, steamy & I loved both of these characters. It 100% gave everything it needed to give.

This was very good! Short and hot, which is exactly what I want from a novella. The premise was cute and the sexual tension/spice was fantastic.

The two leads meet on an online platform for writers to become pen pals, and at first he’s super condescending because she writes smutty novellas (so meta I know) but she verbally kicks his ass into not being such a dick and they begin an online pen pal friendship. 

They eventually agree to meet in person, and surprise surprise her pen pal is actually her dad’s super hot bestie. Once they get over the shock of this revelation, they move forward in their relationship with full enthusiasm. The spicy scenes were SO GOOD. There were parts where I actually caught myself breathing heavily lmao. 

Highly recommend as a palate cleanser between books!

Can I just say I freaking love penpals? This was very spicy. Christina & Dane are pure 🔥 All I can say is that party scene — the tension & spice 🥵 Very well done and loved how it wrapped up in the end.
