idk if this was just better as an anime or if maybe i just wouldn’t like the anime now either (it Has been years) but i just didn’t enjoy this as much as i expected to

I really loved this first volume, it introduced the characters in a compelling way and I loved their interactions. The art is amazing and I love Sebastian :)

This volume just kind of sets up the rules of the world. The art is nice enough, but ultimately the story is still pretty deeply hidden by the antics of the characters. The only real plot comes in the final chapter in the volume, and even then it's only saying what exactly Sebastian's relationship to Ciel is.

Darkness

This volume is an introduction to the characters. Sebastian is a butler of the Phantomhive family. Ciel is the head of the Phantomhive family and their toy business even though he is still a child. Gardener Finnan, housemaid Maylene, chef Bard and house steward Tanaka. Finn, Maylene and Brad always made mistakes and Sebastian fix them. After all, he is a hell of a butler. This is a little plot but it is just the beginning of the manga series so it's expected.

Un bon premier manga mais j'en attendais plus

J’ai récemment relu ce manga et dans mes souvenirs, ce premier tome était mieux. En effet, bien qu’il y ai du mystère et que l’on se pose des questions, la fin ne nous donne pas cette envie extrême de lire le tome suivant. L’histoire est bien hein, ne vous méprenez pas. C’est juste qu’il manquait quelque chose. J’avais déjà lu jusqu’au tome 8 donc je sais ce qu’il va se passer mais j’ai hate que les personnages et l’histoire se développent plus.
A part ca, les dessins sont plutôt beaux et Sébastian vend du rêve, clairement. 
Je recommande cette série.
