Although this book is written by an ex cancer patient and survivor of many other horrendous things, the way this is written can be quite triggering for most. Saying that you can heal things with the mind is one thing; saying that you have created your own traumas is another. I don’t think we should ever victim blame no matter the manner we do it no matter the place we have come from in our own lives. I agree with the initial premise, that the mind is powerful and can manifest. I do not agree that we’ve created our traumas.
