This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 11th EAI International Conference on Research in Computer science and its Applications, CNRIA 2021, held in June 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 11 full papers presented were selected from 24 submissions and issue different problems in underserved and unserved areas.
