A book with the intention that we need to maintain a healthy mindset, honestly we all go through phases that we let ourselves go, and we forget to take care of ourselves. 
The writing is made in such a meaningful and kind way, really allow us to self-evaluate and meditate on our mental health. 
A book loaded with love. With interesting tools to nurture and improve, your past, and your present mindset.

Really enjoyed this and the insights relating to growth/friendship/love shared. It made me reflect on many experiences I had in my life & who I intentionally want to be moving forward.

-friendships that feel like home are naturally disarming. they remind us that we can stop the performance and come forward the way we authentically feel. the deepest bonds are spaces where vulnerability is welcome. good friendships have a reciprocal quality. when either person is experiencing struggle, the other is ready to hold space, to listen without judgment and with a heart full of compassion. meaningful friendships contain a bond that rises above competition. we feel a friend's victory as if it were our own. true sympathetic joy - the joy we feel for the success of another - is the absence of jealousy 

- all people are imperfect. what is possible is connecting with someone who is doing their own inner work. they will have more practice with authenticity, holding space, intentional growth, and self-awareness. 

-blind loyalty does not nourish anyone 
supporting those you love in their ignorance 
or even worse, continuously tolerating the harm 
they cause you, is a serious act of self-betrayal 

you do not need to sink together 
you do not need to burn together
you do not need to crash together 
even though it may be hard, 

sometimes you have to listen to your deepest sense of well-being and go your own way to preserve the good inside of you 

-true love will accept you as you are but also help you feel comfortable to shed the old and transform into the greater you.
