If you want to discover your true nature and keep the way of meditative state in every minute of your life read this book. The most principal message in this book is the best way for imagining Buddha and being enlightened is practicing Zazen regularly but without any expectation.

I'm not sure what I expected when I picked this up but I am happy I did. This goes beyond the mind and thought process and reminds us of the importance of being present and balanced. I'll be keeping this by my side all the time.
